Being an Apprentice offers you an exciting opportunity to improve or increase your qualifications, supported by your employer and a Training Co-ordinator who will visit you every 8 weeks at work.  The Training Co-ordinator will ensure that you are on the right training programme for you.  You will be required to:

Bydd bod yn Brentis yn rhoi cyfle cyffrous i chi wella neu ychwanegu at eich cymwysterau â chefnogaeth eich cyflogwr a Chydlynydd Hyfforddiant a fydd yn ymweld â chi bob 8 wythnos yn y gwaith. Bydd y Cydlynydd Hyfforddiant yn sicrhau eich bod ar y rhaglen hyfforddi iawn. Bydd yn ofynnol i chi:

  • apply yourself to your learning and assessment, by attending courses and other on or off the job learning events, being prepared for assessment, and actively participating in the planning and reviewing of the programmeYmroi i’ch gwaith dysgu ac asesu drwy fynd ar gyrsiau a digwyddiadau dysgu eraill wrth y gwaith ac oddi wrth y gwaith, paratoi ar gyfer asesiadau, a chyfranogi’n weithredol yng ngwaith cynllunio ac adolygu’r rhaglen.
