Loss adjuster Cunningham Lindsey has celebrated its 100th completed apprenticeship in Cardiff, taken on by motor solutions team leader David Beard.

Beard has been awarded a level 3 apprenticeship in providing financial services, developed by the Financial & Legal Services Partnership. He has also been selected to attend a “Time to Talk Apprenticeships” event, hosted by the National Training Federation Wales and Welsh Government, aimed at raising awareness and support for apprenticeships throughout Wales.

Cunningham Lindsey learning and development manager Andrew Jeremy said: “The apprenticeship programme has been a tremendous success. It allows us to develop our staff through professional,
technical and competency based qualifications and complements Cunningham Lindsey’s core training programmes. We’re supporting a further 35 apprenticeships in 2014, with a mix of level two and three

Beard was previously recognised by the Chartered Insurance Institute, which handed him a runner up prize for young achiever of the year 2014 at their annual dinner. The award was presented by ITV
presenter Lucy Kite at a presentation dinner at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
